Platform Content:

All Prodisphere trademarks, logos, algorithms, text, and features are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Valuations & Deals

  • Valuation metrics are based on proprietary algorithms and third-party data.
  • We do not guarantee that any deal, sponsorship, or partnership will result from using the platform.
  • Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before entering any agreement.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Prodisphere offers paid plans:

  • Subscription fees will be billed monthly
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

  • Breaching these Terms
  • Violating legal obligations
  • Misusing the platform

You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided "as is" and without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of valuation, or success of partnerships.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United States.
